We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have mistakenly collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue promptly.
The only personal information Gwimpy World collects is from parents or guardians, and only in the following circumstances:

When an adult contacts us directly by email — used solely to reply to that specific query and for no other purpose

When an adult signs up to our mailing list — used only to share app updates, new releases, and relevant news. You may unsubscribe at any time. The mailing list sign-up is accessible only through the parental gate section of our apps

When a parent uses our progress tracking feature — only the child's first name and numerical progress data (timings and completion rates) are stored securely via Google Firebase. This data is visible only to you and cannot be accessed by other users
We never share personally identifiable information — such as name, address, email or phone number — with any third-party companies or individuals.
Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information
Our apps may collect anonymous, non-personal data such as session times, app progress and interaction data, solely to help us improve the experience. This data cannot be linked to any specific individual. We do not share this information with third parties and we do not use location data.
We only use push notifications to update the numerical progress data visible to you as a parent. This information cannot be viewed by anyone else.
Our Website
Our website does not use Google Analytics, cookies, or any other tracking technologies. No automatic gathering of personal information takes place in any way.
Children
